Pack of 5 smudge sticks, hand-bound with twine. Traditionally used for cleansing spaces, sharpening focus, grounding energy, and inviting calm. Rosemary has long been associated with protection and clarity, while Scots pine and lavender are often linked with purification, renewal, and relaxation.

Grown and dried by us in the UK completely naturally without any pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or fertilisers (not even organic ones!). Approx. 12cm / 5 inches long. Light the tip of the smudge stick, allow it to smoulder gently, then blow out the flame if needed to produce fragrant smoke. Gently wave the smoke through your space or around yourself as part of your ritual or meditation practice. Always use a fireproof dish to catch ashes and never leave a burning smudge stick unattended. Designed for ritual and aromatic use only. Do not ingest.
